Buffalo Hummus

Ingredients
- 2 (15oz) cans chickpeas, drained & rinsed
- 2-4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 6 tbs hot sauce
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbs olive oil
- veggies for dipping
- Riceworks for dipping
Directions
- Place all ingredients into food processor or blender (start with only 4 tbsp. hot sauce if you don't like much heat). Puree until creamy. Add more hot sauce to taste, if desired.
- Serve with Riceworks.
