Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip
Fall food is our favorite, and this dip is on the top of our list. Cool cream cheese and cool whip make for the perfect no-bake snack! This sweet holiday dip is the perfect match for our cinnamon sugar baked Riceworks!
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. cool whip
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 bags Sea Salt riceworks
Directions
For dip:
- Using beaters or a food processor, mix together cream cheese, Cool Whip, pumpkin, powdered sugar and pumpkin pie spice.
- Chill and serve with Riceworks.
For Riceworks:
- Melt butter and brush onto Sea Salt Riceworks.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake at 350 for 2-3 minutes.
- Let cool and serve with dip.
